Have you won an award?


“Sometimes it doesn’t even matter what the award is. I once had a book buyer for Barnes & Noble tell me it’s “eye candy.” Most consumers have no idea what the award is but if you won it, you should put it everywhere that matters.”

If you’ve won it flaunt it! There’s nothing like free publicity to get followers’ attention, widen your audience and increase your exposure. This is another  great reason to issue a press release and while you’re writing don’t forget to include mention of your other accomplishments or books you’ve written. You always require a ‘Call-to-Action’ – something like “Look for my books available on Amazon at http://amazon.com/author/lynnettephillips
