This doesn’t have to feel like a chore so don’t stress out. Here’s a couple of tips to make an author’s life a bit more relaxed. ~ Click to Tweet
- Include a marketing calendar in your marketing plan. This will help you stay organized and on top of things. Be careful though. You don’t want to fall into the trap of thinking of this as an editorial calendar, appointment schedule or “to-do list”.
- Whether you’re a planner or a doer; prefer an Excel spreadsheet, an erasable wall calendar or an online app, remember that you don’t have to do this alone. Employ a virtual assistant, invest in a marketing coach or click on Fiverr.com. Delegate, manage, and hire out the everyday tasks like circulation of author swag, detail management and keeping up with your social media networking responsibilities.
